Franklin County UNITED Bank offers a range of certificates of deposit to meet customers’ financial needs. With a minimum deposit $500.00, you may select a term from 7 days to 60 months. Interest is compounded and paid annually for terms of one year or more. Interest can be paid monthly, quarterly, annually, or at maturity.
We offer Traditional, Roth, and Educational Individual Retirement Accounts to allow you to take advantage of tax deferrals on interest income until funds are withdrawn. A minimum opening deposit of $500.00 is required for fixed rate IRA’s with terms of 91 days to 60 months. A minimum opening deposit of $100.00 is required for the 18-month variable rate IRA.
